After the introductory session there were two parallel workshops prepared for the participants of the seminar. One of them was entitled “Assessment of the credibility of asylum-seekers: burden of proof and the limits of the ECHRs examination” and the other one “Reception of migrants: material and procedural guarantees for settled migrants”. The judicial year at the European Court was opened by the solemn hearing at the presence of not only the seminar participants, but also all the judges of the European Court.
