On April 16th 2017, the President of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic, Daniela Švecová, attended a ceremony of unveiling a plaque dedicated to deported Jewish children. The event, which aimed to commemorate the crimes committed by the fascist regime and warn of the dangers of fascist ideology, was organised by the Fellowship of Christians and Jews in Slovakia. The plaque was symbolically unveiled at the Central Station in Bratislava, at the place from where the trains bound for concentration camps were leaving.
